Dehydrated foods last a long time

With these hard times, I was thinking, this is a great time to be making and selling ($$$) dehydrated foods. Dehydrated foods like, beef/chicken jerky, veggies, fruit, fruit rollups or even dog treats etc. They last a long time and can be re-hydrated to be used in almost any meal or dessert! Dehydrated products store really great in a glass jars for cooking at a later time. 

I’m hearing lots of farmers across the country have extra produce going to waist due to the cancelations of big events and restaurants closing because of this epidemic. This would be a great time for them to have a commercial food dehydrator to save some of there crops from rotting. Dehydrating food now can make them a profit in a later date. Dehydrated foods last a long time if stored properly.
